Quality Control of Pishro industrial group with Supervision and control over the production cycle has set two principles of “quality” and “customer-satisfaction” as a priority, and believes on them. And to achieve these goals, continuously monitors and controls the supply process of materials and equipments, along with Production processes and providing customer satisfaction. This unit tries to take advantage of experienced experts in the field of quality and use the advanced test equipments to control its production process continuously to ensure the health and quality of its products. In this perspective and taking the customer’s quality requirements into account, this unit is focused on three areas of controls:

  1. Entrance Control:

All items at the beginning of entering the factory are sampled and tested in accordance with relevant standards and in case of confirmation are sent to the production lines for use. Component input control process is carried out by the lab which is equipped with advanced test apparatuses and precise and modern control that are continuously calibrated in accredited laboratories.

  1. During process control:

At this stage, parts are sampled and controlled about their changes and processes that should be perform on them based on the appearance, dimensions and performance tests in accordance with statistical control methods (SPC, …).

  1. Final product control:

At this step, samples are taken from the final product and according to related standards of all aspects in terms of appearance control (packaging conditions), dimensional control (standard and defined parameters) and functional control (laboratory and practical tests) control and inspections will be done respectively.

Goals of Quality control department in Pishro industrial group:

  • Process capability assessment to determine its ability to provide quality demands and propose process improvements.
  • Identifying parts of the production process where quality problems occur.
  • Notifying all levels of production and management about the performance of concerned sectors or units.
  • Presenting targeted prevention plans to reduce management’s controllable errors based on the “fixing error causes” According to the proposal presented by the staff of production to evaluate, analyze and determine future policy.
